Brent Conners, Founder and Lead Advisor
A lifelong golfer, Brent has stood on enough first tees around the world to know what separates a good golf trip from a truly great one. What sets Brent apart is the care he brings to every detail. He doesn’t just book tee times, he builds experiences around them, matching each client to the right courses, the right lodging, and the right pace for how they want to play and travel. His itineraries feel effortless because the planning behind them is anything but.
But golf is only part of the story. Before founding Tap In Travel, Brent spent a decade as a marine scientist, a background that gives him a unique perspective in designing scuba, diving, and marine excursions. In addition, he has experience planning trips for solo-travelers, couples, families and large groups across Europe, Asia, Australia and the Caribbean. Whether it’s a luxe island retreat or an off-the-beaten-path adventure, Brent has the expertise to make it exceptional.
On or off the fairway, his goal is always the same: send you somewhere remarkable, and make sure every detail is handled before you get there.

Every great trip has many moving parts that the traveler never sees, and Alicia is the reason they never have to. As Tap In Travel’s Client Services Manager, she helps manage the behind-the-scenes details that create a seamless and elevated experience for travelers.
Alicia brings a decade of experience in corporate communications to Tap in Travel, a background that shapes everything from the way she writes a trip proposal to how she handles a last-minute change on the ground. She knows how to make clients feel informed and confident at every stage of the planning process.
